Backtagging: I'm always down for it! For a response to a toplevel, I'd limit it to less than two months old for the sake of keeping track of plot and character development.
Threadhopping: I'm fine for comedic threads, but let me know for any other situation.
Fourthwalling: I'd rather not have a character mention that Okuyasu is fictional, but thoughts about the ridiculousness of Jojo is fine.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: It's fine as long as you ask first.
Warnings: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is heavy on body horror and gore, and I'll warn for it in subject headers if it ever comes up in a thread. Okuyasu's backstory involved child abuse (physical and emotional) and I will not bring it up if you are uncomfortable.
